Stretch
5 Jumping Jacks
5 Burpees
5 Air Squats

Workout:
4 Rounds:

15 Double Unders (30 Singles)
10 Sit Ups with 1 3/4 hose roll in hand. ( No hose roll scaled)
5 Hand Stand Push Ups ( wall walks)
