Warm Up:
5 burpee
5 tuck jumps
5 mountain climbers
Rest :30 sec repeat 1 time

Workout:

4 Rounds



10 Box Jumps 30' box or (Step Ups and Downs 24' box)

10 Push Ups (Hand Release)

10 Walking Lunges with hose overhead.(1 3/4 Hose roll)

10 sit up (with 1 3/4 hose in hands, touch over head,past feet every rep)

10 Double Under or 20 Singles

10 Second Plank holds
