Monday Mash !! Hope everyone's weekend was great! Time to get on track, Monday is always a great day to step up, make a change, start something! What's your excuse?

Warm Up:
400 meter run, row, bike

Build: 
Back squats: 3x8 
Bench press 3x8

Workout: 
4 Rounds for time

10- toes to bar (toes to triceps, or knee raises)
10- burpees
