400 meter Run, Row, Bike



AMRAP 12 Minutes:

  • Russian KB Swings 70# /53# (Scaled what you can do or have)
  • Box Jumps 24" / 20" Step Down, DO NOT jump down jump up

Do 1 Rep of each and Keep adding one until time is up!1,2,3,4,5.......
