  • 400 meter, Run, Row, Bike


Strength: Front Squat
  •  5x5

Workout:

6 Rounds For Time:

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Box Jumps (Step Ups) ** Always step down**
  • 10 Sit-ups

Push yourself in this one. Try to key moving ! Pacing is HUGE! It doesn't look bad on paper.
