Warm up - 400 meter run

4 rounds for time

20 Push Up(hand release)
20 Squats
20 Double under jump rope ( 40 single unders)
20 Burpees

1st Due Fit Tip- "you should be drinking at least 4 liters of water a day as a starting point"!
