1st Due Fit's mission is to help reduce the number of Line of duty deaths caused from Cardiovascular Issues through educating with physical fitness programing as well as nutritional coaching.
Cardiovascular heart disease (CHD), including heart attack and stroke, is the leading cause of firefighter fatalities, with over half of all firefighter deaths each year attributed to heart attacks.

4/7/14 Warm up - 400 meter run 4 rounds for time 20 Push Up(hand release) 20 Squats 20 Double under jump rope ( 40 single unders) 20 Burpees 1st Due Fit Tip- "you should be drinking at least 4 liters of water a day as a starting point"!
